If you know it, you'll understand it.  If you don't understand it, you may even not bother to know it. We have ended up coming to a time when something cannot be spoken but just be understood. However a song composed some twenty years ago but how coincidentally the lyric echos the scenario nowadays. 

A fallen city, a relict.
